Who processes the data

What we process and why

1. Contract-end alert

If you set an alert we store your e-mail, contract end date, commodity, country, consent date and IP address at submission (abuse protection). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Purpose: the confirmation e-mail and reminders before the contract ends. We keep the data until 30 days after the end date or until you withdraw consent via the link in any e-mail. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days. E-mails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc., USA, standard contractual clauses); data is stored on Netlify, Inc. infrastructure.

2. Website traffic

We use analytics that sets no cookies and does not identify individuals (aggregate visits, pages and clicks). If we ever deploy a tool that needs cookie consent, we will ask with a banner first.

3. Calculators

All calculators run in your browser. We do not send the values anywhere; we only record an anonymous "calculation done" event without personal data.

4. Partner links

After clicking a partner link you move to the partner's site, a separate controller with its own policy. The affiliate network may record that you came from our site (a click ID, no name). We receive no data from partner sites.

Cookies

The site stores only your light/dark mode choice in the browser (localStorage). No tracking cookies.
