Common questions
When does the reminder arrive?
60 and 30 days before the date you enter. If the contract ends sooner than 60 days, the nearest reminder arrives the next morning.
What do you do with my e-mail?
We store it with the contract end date only to send reminders. We never share it and send no other newsletters. You can unsubscribe with the link in the e-mail at any time.
Where do I find the contract end date?
In the contract or its amendment, on the yearly bill or in the supplier's customer portal. If unsure, call the supplier's helpline and have it confirmed.
Can I watch electricity and gas?
Yes. If they have different dates, fill in the form twice.
